Hello and hello. Like always I have vanished in oblivion, leaving you to ponder annoyingly (if you know that the blog exists). Seriously, read my blog you overstuffed idiots and probably you might dress well! Before you ask what I have been busy with, well joblessness isn't easy to handle! There's the late getting up, the lazing in bed and absolute boredom to battle with.
Coming back to fashion, my holiday has left me with a sartorial hangover. I am feelin' the love for prints now. Give me Erdem, Pucci, DvF and let's call it a day! Of course, plump bodies can deal with only so much print so we need our solids too. For that I say, bring out the ochres, the oranges, the turqoise and the magenta. Newer hues seem to be attracting our attention instead of the same ol same ol.
This is my favorite look from Erdem's Spring/Summer collection 2012. I love the butter yellow against the flowers. But the dress shape isn't for us curvier woman. Oh, the tragedy. Not that I could afford it. I like the light, summer-y feeling of the skirt in the second picture. Not a fan of the shirt though. It is too old-ish for my taste.
Moving on to affordable things, I am understanding slowly and steadily how to select bags. Earlier I was pretty much hopeless and selected anything that was black or beige and big. Currently on my wishlist is this nice bag from Zara. Love the color.
The thing I most about UK is Primark. The joys of buying clothes so cheap is unmatched! Sadly they don't have a very structured website so I can't even drool at their products. But I liked this dress. Sorry I don't have pictures from a better angle.
That's all for now folks! Hope you had a happy New Year and all that jazz. And hope 2012 treats you really well! :) and I know it won't make a difference, but still if you do visit the blog, how about going and liking the page or commenting on the blog? Really! Just drop in and say 'Hi' for all I care!
